TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Hey guys!

Due to some recent exchange here's a little update on my small business T&C's:

I'll always do my best to be accomadating and appreciate life can get in the way. Unfortunately some people have no regard for others so here goes...

Bottom line is I rely on my income to pay the bills, as does everyone. If you don't turn up, I don't get paid and I loose out. It's that simple.

If you book my time, miss an appointment or don't give the asked notice, I request you pay for it, and I'm grateful that you do. 

▪️ I require a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to attend, you will be charged 100% of the fee. If you refuse to own responsibility and not pay me for my time you booked - no further appointments can be booked until the account is settled.

▪️Deposits are required for new dogs booking in. When the deposit is paid the appointment is secure.

▪️If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I may have to refuse your dog, or not complete their groom as this has a big knock on effect for the rest of the day.

If you miss your appointment due to being late then the above terms apply.

I'm super busy and work to schedule. Your dog gets my full attention and priority when in my care.

▪️ An estimated pick up time is given and a message usually 20-30 minutes before they are ready. Mostly I am unable to keep your dogs for longer than their appointment. I pride myself on running a 1-1 service especially for my nervous clients. I do my best to help accommodate requirements around this if necessary - and my long termers can vouch for this.

Repeatedly late collection does incur a fee.
